  Cody O drove in an ice storm to come and install two new toilets for us! He and his partner worked diligently and were friendly and professional. The toilet was a Toto brand with a Washlet seat which takes a bit more “know-how” and it was installed seamlessly. We will be calling Frasier’s for our plumbing, hvac, and electrical needs. 😊

  Jim was timely, competent and easy to talk to. He explained what was wrong and why, then he fixed it during same visit for a reasonable price. I had him here previously for a different pipe issue and he is always good to work with.

  Automatic $100 service fee regardless of issue. Frasier's changed a part in the tank of our toilet that had been 'running' intermittently, but highly recommended we replace the toilet altogether. After paying the $242 bill onsite, the toilet continued to run within the same day. A plumber from another business reinspected the problem, and replaced another part that was bad, and told us the toilet absolutely did not need to be replaced.

  Just had Jim G. From Frasiers come out to quote on a plumbing line relocation. I was very impressed with Jim G. Jim was very knowledgeable, detail what needed to be done in a very comfortable and professional manner. All was good until I received the quote for the work. Price was very over priced and now unfortunately I’ll have to search for another service. I hash used Frasier before and thought they were fair priced but this quote was too outrageous to even consider. I’m tired of price gouging! Vince

  Adams the technician who helped me on this project. I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to ensure I received what I needed, which in this case was not what I thought I wanted. I really appreciated how the whole team communicated with me from start to finish, through text and phone. The overall service was tremendous and I will use Frazier’s Heating & Cooling again! In fact I’ve already recommended them to others. I was very pleased at how timely the installation was done.. most times you are scheduled over a month out. Adam came the very next day!!!
