- SRS2 RepairMay 28, 20255.0Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Under our carpeted stairs were wood treads that we were going to cover with vinyl. Nick advised against saying it would cost more and look worse. In other words, our satisfaction was more important than his bottom line. Staff connected us with a painter that stained the stairs, and our newly carpeted and floored house looks amazing. We highly recommend the Flooring Store.
