- JBjacob boyerJan 3, 20261.0I have a rental property located in Kenosha with a Noritz tankless water heater. I was off for holiday and Called Karlsen plumbing as the hot water heater was not working. He explained that they no longer use/sell noritz. But had a “specialist” on tankless and was off but could come out the following Monday. They charged me 75$ for a trip charge and I believe a 250-275$ cleaning fee . (I was out of town and was not present). My tenant was home and said the service was very short- maybe 30-40mins max! For 400$ ! Upon leaving he took a shower later that night and hot water heater coded in 5mins. I contacted back and a lady answered and said that pretty much it was what it was and they would have to send another person back out. “Didn’t know how I wanted to proceed”. She had a guy call me back but the name of Joe that explained to me that it may be cheaper to replace and there “ specialist” was off again. And he would contact back out on Monday to move forward. It’s now Friday no call or anything. So I got back and visually inspected water heater and contacted another company and they said that it didn’t even looked like it was touched. And that the breathing vents where full of dust a debree. See attached photos. I should have been home to verify work but this is not Acceptable Or good business for a $400 service!!!! Very Unsatisfied… customers beware.
