They were able to fit me in same day and the technician, Max, was friendly, explained throughly the work and what I needed done and got the job done very quickly. Family owned business that is local to my area and was priced extremely well. Best quote by far.

- CGCharles Green6 days ago5.0Jim's is great . from 1st call had a date and time set up with email photo of Austen Vail salesman/ tech. 2 days later. Once onsite showed options and quote with like 10 options in 5 min. Drove to office and put deposit down and 3 weeks later door was in.(because of thanksgiving and factory was closed). The very next day was installed. They came back and installed the weather strip because i was not ready for that part of install. NO CHARGE. They again sent out Austen Vail Salesman/ tech to double check the installer work and he didn't like the door seal looked . So they replaced again NO CHARGE . The follow thought and the commitment to customers needs. please dont waste time calling anyone else. As far as I'm concerned there is no other door company i have ever delt with that is even in the same ballpark. no wonder they have been around for so long There is not place else i would rather call about the about door service

Put in a request for contact on the website that afternoon and received a call back at 8am sharp on Monday morning and made an appointment for 2pm-4pm the next day. Repairman arrived 12/23 promptly in the scheduled window, assesed the situation, provided a quote and repaired the door on the spot (springs and rollers) in about 30mins. The door has never been quieter. Couldn't have been better, why can't everyone do business like this!
