What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s not easy to find a company that delivers great quality at a fair price, but they absolutely did. I contacted J & E just before 5 PM and before 6:30 there was a technician at our house and our air was back on. We are a family that has a senior parent in our house and an adult with disabilities so keeping everyone comfortable is a priority.
