  Thanks so much to Alyssa for helping us with our new carpet! We are very happy with the results. It was really nice to not feel pressured throughout the process, as we came back several times and kept taking home different samples - Alyssa was really patient and it gave us the confidence we needed for such a big purchase. Pricing and process was clearly communicated which helped us a lot as first-time home owners. Good selection in-store and we would definitely come back if we have other flooring projects for the house.

  The installer was professional and experienced. He made sure we were satisfied. The flooring center personal were professional as well. We did a black and white bathroom...and we are very happy with it.

  Our experience at the store was excellent. We were matching an existing floor in our house and they were able to match it even though the original floor was several years old. The installation went great. The installers showed up on time and were very experienced in floor installation. We had no issues during the installation and they finished ahead of schedule. Overall, a great experience.
