Had the inspection and found out that there were some MAJOR code violations that were undisclosed in the condition agreement. Had a super short turn around time until I had to respond to the seller, reached out to these guys and they were able to quickly provide a quote for the work that was a reasonable cost for the amount of work required. Super grateful for their accomodations and being able to make things work even though they're super busy on other projects! Wouldn't be able to recommend them enough.

Their work is very professional and they always cleaned up at the end of each day. This job was not an easy one but they took on the big task. We had an issue with our house, where we were going to lose our insurance, they walked us through ways to fix the problem and the house came out better than we expected. They were always just one phone call away through the whole process. In the end, the insurance company was happy and we were too. We will be hiring them to do other jobs and highly recommend!!!!
