  Jacalyn K was very helpful with choosing our carpet and getting the supplies and installation crew assigned. The people who installed the carpet worked their butts off. They put in a 12 hour day without breaks! Even when I offered to get food so they could take a break they respectfully declined. This was their option and they where driven to finish the job in one day, as we had the whole house recarpeted. The installation crew did quality work on top of it! They removed the old carpet and moved the heavy furniture for me. All people involved made our carpet install very easy.

  Jake and his team were a pleasure to work with! He was very helpful throughout the process, and his team did a great job with the installation. I highly recommend and would gladly work with them again!

  We were happy with the process from beginning to end. Every person we worked with was knowledgeable and kind. Jacalyn did a great job suggesting the best product fit for our project and she kindly answered all of our questions. The installers were wonderful. They were approachable for questions and concerns. We could not believe how fast the project was completed. They went out of their way to ensure that all of the areas were clean after they were finished. I would highly recommend Carpetland to my family and friends!

  We replaced the carpet in our living room. The installers, Isaac and Eduardo, from Tio's were the team we requested because they have installed carpet in our bedrooms and basement. They are very professional and we are very pleased with all the jobs they have done. Mike Nielsen was our salesman on all the jobs and a great guy to work with. Communication and follow through was very good.

  Our salesman, Troy helped us pick the right carpet for our home with pets. The job was scheduled quickly and the installers were extremely competent and considerate. It was a big job, but it was done in 1 day. We are more than pleased.
