Jake was able to work quickly to get a quote together that we could provide to insurance for their estimate and also provide the pros and cons on replacing with carpet vs LVP. When the time came to get the carpet replaced and order, Jake was able to advise on what the best options were so we could match what we had previously. Jake gave an estimate and also provided timing on when the carpet would arrive and be ready for install. After ordering Jake let us know of the plan forward and hit the dates he provided previously. The installation team showed up on time and ready to go, completing the job in about 5 hours, working carefully to ensure everything was neat, even, and vacuumed before they left. Would recommend to anyone looking to get carpet or flooring completed.
