  Gary is 10 stars; great quality, customer service, timely work, very organized, and went the extra mile with our custom cabinetry. My husband and I vetted 5-6 different custom cabinetry vendors within 2 hours of our home. It was an easy choice for us after we met with him and we were excited to support a local, family-owned business. His pricing is fair, consistent, and transparent. He gave me the pros and cons on everything, and shared his experiences with other kitchen setups. I gave home some inspiration photos and my outlook changed a few times, and he remained steady and patient with me. (Thanks, Gary!) We gutted our entire kitchen to the studs, the house is older so it wasn’t exactly square (Gary worked his magic); he really helped recreate the space. He tested the stain on multiple types of wood to make it perfect and easy to pick out what we wanted. We absolutely love our cabinets, the color, the knots, the rustic mixed with modern is perfect for our home. If you are thinking about building anything custom, reach out to Gary. He’s 100% worth it!   We couldn't be anymore pleased than we are with our new kitchen cabinets! Not only did we get updated cabinets (replacing ours from 1984), Gary also reconfigured our kitchen to make it more open and user friendly.   The work that Gary did in our kitchen was absolutely beautiful! The wait was well worth it, amazing craftmanship, he listened to all of our wish list items, and worked with us on the final approvals for the work. I would not hesitate to recommend him and look forward to working with him on more projects.

  Gary and Jess were simply amazing to work with and they made the entire process fun and exciting. A lot of times you hear horror stories of renovations, but Bay Custom Cabinets made our kitchen remodel a pleasure from the initial phone call to the final install. Gary is extremely talented in his craft, he listened to our ideas and created exactly what we visioned. We love every part of our new kitchen!
