  Staff is very helpful and friendly. But their pricing is very sketchy and shady. They were at my house for an hour and I got billed $511 and they didn’t fix the issue. They build me for mileage and the time to drive to my house from their shop even though they mentioned on the phone they were 10 minutes up the road. They also showed up three hours late without calling or saying anything to me. If you’re going to bill me for the drive time that’s fair or the mileage that’s fair but both is a bit crazy. I would recommend using any other plumber in the area if you can get them.

  I appreciate this company, because of there care and response. They trouble shooted, litterally crawled into the problem and fixed it. They are my heros

  I attempted to call this company numerous times after they installed a water heater that failed. I ended up calling an out of town plumber who informed me it wasn't installed up to code. I would never call Park Falls Plumbing and heating ever again.

  We had our two faucets and our dishwasher installed and the professionalism was outstanding! Everything was done efficiently and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

  Furnace went out this morning/last night. Called to have them come take a look somewhat early in the morning. House was freezing. they accused me of calling “to early” and hung up the phone. Found someone else who wants the work.
