  I attempted to call this company numerous times after they installed a water heater that failed. I ended up calling an out of town plumber who informed me it wasn't installed up to code. I would never call Park Falls Plumbing and heating ever again.

  We had our two faucets and our dishwasher installed and the professionalism was outstanding! Everything was done efficiently and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

  Furnace went out this morning/last night. Called to have them come take a look somewhat early in the morning. House was freezing. they accused me of calling “to early” and hung up the phone. Found someone else who wants the work.
