  Riley was very professional and very helpful in not only the installation of our new thermostat but also at helping me get the wifi turned on as well so I can track our home while we are away! I would 💯 recommend Paul's heating and cooling to anyone!

  Paul’s heating came to my house when it was -10 and installed a furnace and made sure my family was warm. They remained VERY professional, they went right to work and cleaned the area around the unit. Not a single remaining debris. We had a minor hiccup, the universe decided to have a defective part on the brand new furnace. I left a voicemail and IMMEDIATELY got a text. I felt like my family was front and center on their list of priorities! They arrived the next morning bright eye and bushy tailed ready to tackle whatever was wrong. They found the issue , and went to get a back up part. They came back the same day and got my furnace running. They noticed my exhaust piping was not proper and asked to come out the next day and fix it for me. At every point I had a concern, they sent knowledgeable people, who took their time and made sure everything was correct! My family is beyond impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and making me feel like my needs were important. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such great care of my family Pauls heating!!! My ac unit is due for replacing and I will be going through Paul’s heating for all my future service, and replacement unit needs. Y’all earned a customer for life!!

  I’ve used Paul’s since I built the house 20 years ago. Every time I’ve had fast, professional, efficient services from them. Today I had an issue with my thermostat and they were out like a split to fix that. From the intake call to the person servicing it I had great communication from them with what was happening. The service technician could explain my options and give me a timeline and a price quote. He actually had the part on the truck and could do it right then and there which was super helpful because I was traveling at the time.
