The standout reason? Dillon, the manager. From the moment I walked in, Dillon carried himself like someone who genuinely cares about both the store and the people walking through it. I was looking for a few very specific items for a home project nothing out of the ordinary, but enough that I was bouncing between aisles with little luck. Dillon noticed right away, stepped in without being pushy, and walked me straight to what I needed. What impressed me most wasn’t just that he knew where everything was, but that he also explained the differences between the brands and even gave advice on which would be better for long-term use versus a quick fix. Amazing store and even better people working there, hands down THE BEST hardware store in all of Wisconsin!!
