- DWDavid WetzelNov 13, 20245.0We had a leak between an upper and lower house window that was damaging the drywall above the window. We had contacted many contractors with no response and the few that did show up never gave any response back. We then contacted Wolf Exteriors and they came and looked at our situation. They gave us a quote, assured us that the problem would be resolved and we contracted them do the work. We did a long term approach and had them replace the two aging windows along with the siding repair. We also had the existing cedar replaced with LP Smartside, giving our house a freshened look and maintenance free trim.

They were on time taking our deposit to buy materials but 3.5 months later (and several follow up phone calls with no response) they finally scheduled our install. We then found out they never even ordered the materials. We asked for our money back from the owner who was less than pleasant about the experience. I would NOT RECOMMEND!
