My previous firm’s performance was less than stellar. Luke was very polite and attentive to learning what I have gone through. He did a thorough evaluation and maintenance and made a recommendation that I’m sure I will have done by him. His knowledge of the Kohler product was very comforting.

He was very helpful in doing some troubleshooting, over the phone. When it was clear that he needed to come and actually take a look. He communicated every step of the way so I knew when he would be coming and what to expect. When he arrived he was courteous and respectful of my home. He made the repair and did a great job. He also shared tips on how to keep my furnace running more efficiently. Pat's heating has always been good to work with because they hire really good people and that was my experience again today

The tech, Michael quickly gave us a call back, and within an hour he arrived at our place. Michael not only diagnosed and repaired the boiler in record time, but he was also kind enough to take the time to thoroughly explain how a hydronic heater works, and all of the necessary maintenance involved. Michael was extremely knowledgeable with all things HVAC -- very impressive. We were charged a very fair price for the labor, especially considering the weekend callout. I would absolutely not hesitate to use Pat's again. Six stars!!! Thank you, Michael.
- TLThomas LockeDec 18, 20255.0Great service and experience! Started with Brandon coming over to look at a noisy blower motor. My system was 22 years old and I decided to ask him to send over a sales rep to offer me options for a whole new system replacement, instead of fixing an antiquated system. Ian showed up a short time later. we sat and went over options for a new furnace AND A/C replacement. I decided to move forward with a whole new system and they were at our house @ 7:30am the next day! Alex and Alfredo did an outstanding job with removal and installation! The turn around was so fast that I didn't have time to completely prep our property to access to the outside A/C unit. Alfredo shoveled a path on the grass from the driveway, down the hill to where the A/C unit is! Sorry Alfredo!! :) Great Job Pat's!!
