  Thank you to the team of Jason, Sean, Mike and Luke, who installed our Kohler generator and upped our household amperage. We are thrilled to now have back up for electrical outages. The team was polite, quiet, friendly, and courteous. Most importantly, they are all very good tradesmen. Also, thank you to Robert who initially saw us and educated us on the Kohler product with no pressure at all to buy. Thanks guys!

  We had 2 old units removed and replaced with 1 whole house furnace, AC unit and humidifier. The guys were very professional, friendly and kept everything clean. They were very helpful walking us through the new system. I am very pleased with the service we received, from the initial estimate and meeting with the sales rep Ian, to the projects completion. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Total scammers, not worth my time or effort to go into all the details here but Briefly, these guys came out to Upgrade our 4 thermostats and fix a broken zone board, but in the process decided to leave the caps open on our air conditioners so that coolant was leaking out over the course of weeks. so our 2 air conditioners Struggled to heat our 7000 square square-foot home For weeks this past summer. When we called them to come out a second time to fix the air conditioners now because The house Was no longer cooling after their first visit, They gave us a quote For over $40,000 of work, Wanting to replace both furnaces and both air conditioners. Thank God we have a close family friend in HVAC that was able to diagnose the damage they had caused and fix it within a few hours After weeks of having no air-conditioning this summer. For a house that’s only 20 years old And has two furnaces running in a six zone system , There wasn’t really much wear and tear. After paying them $7000 For the zone board and 4 thermostats They Quoted us for another $40,000 Wanting to scam us out of this much money for a system that wasn’t even broken. Do yourself a favor and Stay far away from this company, they will break your stuff on purpose and then charge you to fix it. Don’t let them in your house. When we addressed it with them, they threatened to sue us for fixing our own home with another contractor and not letting them back in a third time. This company and the people that work for it are all in on the scam.

  Sean, Jay, and the rest of the crew did an amazing job with a few different jobs around our house! First, they upgraded our service to 200amps, replacing our pedestal and consolidating all of our circuits into a single new, properly labeled electrical panel. During their second visit, they wired and installed three new ceiling fans, installed a new bathroom exhaust fan that vents out of the roof, and added a proper outlet under the sink for a new garbage disposal. Professional and efficient in both their communication and the quality of their work. Robert (who came out to do the original walk through and quote) and Cecelia (who handled the scheduling and communication from the office) were also fantastic to work with. Top notch company - highly recommended!

  Jacob arrived right on time. After we greeted each other he promptly found his tools and we went into my rental house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and stated the furnace age and the problem. He cleaned the furnace and found a few more issues and stated the repairs would probably be close to the price of a new furnace. We are going to follow his advice and go with a new unit! Pats has always been very good to us and highly recommend!!!
