  I do not like contractors, I myself am one. You can not trust salesman. They want the sale, this company does not have a dedicated salesman you have a guy that sells and cares. Usually you get one and not the other. I had a difficult pour into my shed, with a terrible pitch and alot of digging out then add fill. He cares, that his work looks and is perfect. You will have to ask questions. He is the guy doing the work. So understand that his brain, is not a salesman brain. He's working through the project. And not the best at communicating. So ask questions like timelines backfilling etc. He did great work just dont be afraid to call and ask because he will just randomly show up if you don't im laid back but not everyone is like me. So just ask if your more time oriented.

  Greg and his crew did a great job doing my concrete driveway the concrete way. The neighbors and people that pass by really like it too!

  Greg and his crew did an excellent job pouring our patio. Greg was very fast in responding and was very reasonable. I appreciate the constant communication along the way. We would highly recommend and will use Atlas in our future projects.

  Great work for a great price they did a fantastic job on my driveway and I already have an estimate for some work at my storage units. Great job guys and thank you!!

  Received a quote 60 days ago from Atlas concrete and have a signed and dated proposal. Have been in contact with Atlas numerous times since and was always given an excuse why they weren't able to start, but were told that we were their 'first job on the list'. They informed us last week they would be starting today and now we receive a text from them stating that labor costs have gone up, they've already taken a loss on several jobs this year (but we were first on the list allegedly...) and since he didn't collect a down payment from us initially, he is not willing to take a loss and recognizes it's a "big misunderstanding". First... as a business owner, it is your responsibility to estimate accurately the labor costs. We, the consumer, ASSUME you are quoting us accurately. Second, we are sorry that you were somehow unaware of the cost of labor, but that is not a 'misunderstanding' and that is not our fault. We went with Atlas as we are huge proponents on supporting small, local businesses. But now to bail on us, via text, on the day they are supposed to be starting? We have waited 60 days, had lack of responses and been promised a start date and now we are starting from scratch in our search. We were as patient as possible during the past 60 days, realizing that Mother Nature has not been kind this season, but this is horrible customer service. Needless to say, we will not recommend, and we will make sure everyone knows about this situation in the *tight knit* lake country community.
