Two years later and we are still very happy with our windows. No high pressure sales tactics that have become so common with other companies. Install was seamless

Wasco Windows installed 16 windows for me almost 16 years ago. Recently someone visited my house and commented on my windows - they thought they were classy and looked solid. I agree. Still, 16 years later they look amazing. About 2 years ago a rock from my lawnmower damaged one of my windows and I returned to Wasco to have it fixed. It was done in no time. The craftsmanship and customer service are top notch. I highly recommend!

We had WASCO install 8 windows in our livingroom and diningroom. These new windows have all new oak molding that I stained myself to reduce cost. WASCO uses high quality oak and materials - not cheap stuff from big hardware stores. A few years later we had 12 new windows installed in the kitchen, pantry and two bedrooms. Only the two kitchen windows required new framing / molding which was expertly installed. The other 10 windows were installed in existing original 1920s frames with no gaps or warping. The frame material is very rigid to prevent warping and hardware is very sturdy and durable while working effortlessly. Yes, WASCO windows aren't cheap. BUT 1) they efficiently keep out cold and hot weather and reduce heat/cold transfer from the frames and glass; 2) they're built to last - including the screens which are flexible and not subject to dings and tears; 3) outstanding warranty. Unlike the "buy X number of windows and get X number free!!!" WASCO builds its own windows and replaces any that fail to provide its advertised functions. The cut-rate dealers buy their windows from which every factory they can get the lowest prices. Sure, they guarantee replacements BUT when that happens the dealer might have switched factory suppliers whose windows won't fit into the existing frames. You pay for the extra work. If the windows that the company are selling cost more than those it carried when you bought yours, you end paying the extra cost. WASCO told us that they do a lot of replacements of windows in new houses. The cheap "contractor" grade windows the builders install don't last more than 5 plus years and so homeowners have to replace them. Many turn to WASCO because the value of their new home demands quality when the time comes to sell. We had very positive relations with the sales reps and installers. Unlike most of the window-dealers, WASCO has its own team of installers with very little turnover. WASCO doesn't hire installers off the street or pay contractors to bring in a crew to do the work. Workers that are here today and gone tomorrow. WASCO takes complete accountability for both its products and installations. Our home was built around 1924 and has some elaborate woodwork. WASCO windows blended right in. They sure don't look cheap and they operate extremely well, doing the job they are meant to do efficiently. If your house is worth the money you spent on it and holds its value if not increases in value, WASCO is worth every cent.

Wasco Windows did an excellent job putting in 8 double hung windows in our home about 12 yrs ago. I wanted a casement window by my kitchen sink to make it easier to open. I went with Wasco again because why not stay with a company you already know has delivered a good product the first time.
