- MKMeg KJan 26, 20265.0Our (very old) water heater started leaking water all over our basement on a Saturday. We called Thielmann and from the moment we spoke to someone on the phone, who explained how to shut it off and stop the leaking. To the technician who came out immediately Monday morning for a quote, and found us someone to replace it same day. To the installers (I know one of their names was Hayden), who did an amazing, quick, and clean job with the replacement. EVERYONE was wonderful to work with!!! No judgement and incredibly friendly through and through. We've dealt with Thielmann before for our furnace and they didn't disappoint yet again with the water heater! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. HIGHLY recommend!!

- SJSarah JanshegoDec 3, 20245.0Our old furnace lasted 24 years under the care of Thielmann before the heat exchanger unexpectedly failed one evening (OEM known issue)...naturally when it was 18 degrees out and a holiday weekend. Everyone was amazing to work with from answering the call on Sunday, scheduling a visit Monday for specs (Wayne was awesome), and ultimately installing a new unit on Tuesday! Prices were fair and what I expected to pay for both the unit and labor (especially for a rush!) Kevin C our installer was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and explained all routing options with our undersized intake/exhaust. Install work was clean. I will 100% recommend Thielmann for all HVAC services.
