Today the first part of the work was done by a one man crew and I had a decent to do list. Removal of old concrete utility sink, install new sink with faucet, new sewer lines, water lines, sump pump and backup. He did everything he could get done today, only thing stopping him is waiting for things to cure. Very friendly professionals. Offered a fair quote too. Edit: 2nd part didn't go as well. The toilet installation had a slow drip leak that I could not get to stop. Took several more trips but they eventually found a manufacturer defect on a seal in the toilet tank, I picked the toilet so I guess I'll own that. Either way they replaced the part and now everything is perfect.

He knew exactly what the issues were and advised us on our options before we decided on the "repair vs replace" question. No pressure exerted on us at all to go one way or the other.
