Was completely prepared to install a new one right away! My whole experience from first calling to make an appointment, all the way through to completion was top notch! I highly recommend Countryside Plumbing for any of your heating/plumbing needs! I was so happy I did - they made an irritating and annoying life occurrence much less of an annoyance!

Well I have left call, emails, texts, fb messages and they have seen and received them and absolutely refuses to respond back no matter how many are sent. Very not impressed. Why run a business if you can’t answer any forms of communication about business? Needless to say I’m not impressed at all.

They put in our mound system, when they came to take soil samples I was shocked at how close they wanted to put the mound system, we have over 10 acres and they wanted to put it right off our deck. We have a small back yard but a big field, when we asked about the placement, the guy said we had good soil and so he’ll be able to feather it in, and only see a few inch bump. I think about it and still don’t like the fact of having a mound system right off our deck, or that our small children who are often barefoot running on a mound system and also it just didn’t sit well with me, so we call them back and ask for it to be moved 100 feet out and again the guy said no it’s not a big deal and assured us we wouldn’t be able to see it, it would be feathered in and only a few inch bump. Well when I arrive home after they do the mound system, I don’t see a bump, I see a SIX FOOT eyesore taking over our back yard right off our deck. When we call to ask about it, the guy who made us all these promises, starts making fun of me, saying I’m just an unhappy person, he takes no responsibility, blames everything on the excavator operator and says go call and complain to him but you won’t hear back from him for about a year! And then says if we want it fixed we have to pay full price again, money we don’t have anymore. I feel so frustrated but also so sad. Literally ruined our backyard for us and the kids.
