They quoted our project and several items were not included in the quote (adding up to several thousand dollars additional). They shipped items that were different from quote (and more expensive) without explanation and when questioned, it was that other item was not available (then why put on quote). We returned items not used at end of project and they made it seem like it was our fault when it was our contractor who ordered items and then decided not to use. We had to call several times to get copies of invoices and returns - should be sending these out to customers. In the end we showed we had overpaid and they owed us an amount but their records had a lesser amount and when we asked (several times) for copies of invoices/credits so we could reconcile, they just ignored our requests. Quality of goods shipped were not that great either.
