- SMShawn McVickerAug 13, 20255.0I was surprised to get great pricing even as a cash customer. I'm mostly compelled to write this because I've been there numerous times this week and the customer service has been exceptional, again even as a 'lowly' cash customer.

They quoted our project and several items were not included in the quote (adding up to several thousand dollars additional). They shipped items that were different from quote (and more expensive) without explanation and when questioned, it was that other item was not available (then why put on quote). We returned items not used at end of project and they made it seem like it was our fault when it was our contractor who ordered items and then decided not to use. We had to call several times to get copies of invoices and returns - should be sending these out to customers. In the end we showed we had overpaid and they owed us an amount but their records had a lesser amount and when we asked (several times) for copies of invoices/credits so we could reconcile, they just ignored our requests. Quality of goods shipped were not that great either.

There was never any acknowledgement of their mistakes. Made selections on doors and millwork before construction and the "allowance price" was no where near the actual price they were going to be charging. Returns were left on site for weeks after notifying they were ready to be picked up and credit for returns take just as long. framing company that I hired could not get materials they were short delivered out in a timely fashion or questions they had addressed quickly to keep their progress on track. Don't know if this an example of the company/ location as a whole or just the employees I was directly working with.

- MMMark MangelsenNov 12, 20203.0Special ordered a part dependant on measurement. GAVE them the old part. Apparently it wasn't measured as the new part didn't fit. If you need something measured bring your own tape.
