  Andy responded to a water heater t&p valve leaking a significant amount of water. He noticed the water was very hot and explained the various possible causes of the problem. He explained various solution options and given the age of the water heater, I decided to go with a complete replacement. Within a couple of hours he installed the new water heater fitting it in within the existing plumbing and gas connections. He did a great job!

  Maximus did a great job today. He was on time and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional. He wore shoe covers inside the house and made sure the work area was clean when he was done. He also asked for my preferences along the way when there were choices to be made. Overall, it was a good experience.

  Overall quality of work was excellent and Bryan was excellent to work with. However, I chose a time frame of 8am-12 noon and it wasn't started until after 12. A call from your office to let me know that there was a delay would've been appreciated since I had other plans in the afternoon. Instead, I had to call your office to get a status update.

  In the 8 years we have been in this house and having maintenance/work completed. Dave is the only person who has not tried to force a sale on us. Not only does he do good work and have great customer service skills but he actually knows how to get repeat customers. Other business we have tried kept trying to force 'club memberships' and thousands of dollars in work for no reason. He will always be welcome back.

  Asked for a leaky faucet repair and a drain clog issue was told a repair could be done or whole faucet needed to be replaced, asked for repair. Repair couldnt be done " without breaking exisiting faucet" so the more expensive option was asked for again and drain clean wasnt avaliable even though thats another reason I made the appointment so basically paid 100$ for someone to be in my house for 20 minutes
