  LVP installation looks beautiful but sub-floor prep was sub-par. Going in, I was clear with every company I had quote that I knew our sub-floors were nailed, not screwed, and I was willing to pay for any extra time to screw-down the sub-floor to avoid potential squeaks. Most companies happily added a few hours of extra prep, and I thought that was clear with Flawless as well, given they had the highest number of hours for prep in their quote. I told the same to our installer, that if it took extra time to screw things down properly, no problem if the actual cost came in a little higher. Yet immediately after installation I have several new squeaks where I didn't before. I had them come back to fix a different issue which was resolved, but when I began to show these new squeaks I was told there's no guarentees about squeaks. I understand, but when the noise comes immediately after install, I would think the cause is that ripping up glue down LVP and OSB without re-securing is a flaw in the sub-prep process. Having taken some photos throughout the install and looking at them now, it doesn't seem any proactive screws were done in this particular room. Maybe my expectations were too high, but had I known they wouldn't, I would have done it myself in the evening before the new LVP was installed.

  We are very pleased with our maple wood floor refinishing. Andreas was awesome and everything looks brand new. Dave came for our final walk through and we had found one small “miss.”He has promised to come back this coming week and make it right. We will definitely recommend FF to people we know.

  We had Flawless Flooring do our basement. Every step was easy. We worked with Lance while ordering and he was very friendly and easy to work with. Jimmy did the floor, he worked quick and did an amazing job. Would recommend

  Flawless came in and did my new lvp flooring, the guys were very respectful and knowledgeable. The floors look great and they finished our project very quickly! Would 100% recommend them to anyone!!
