  Last Friday I had my annual furnace check from Thielman Heating. Since installation of a new AC and Furnace by Thielman Heat/AC a few years ago I have been very pleased with their support. I request the same Thielman tech, Rick to do the annual checks on both the furnace and AC, he does a great job. I also feel that Thielman does a nice job supporting their technician staff.

  I called for emergency service and the technician Hayden, called me back and then arrived at my house in no time. He was very professional and immediately went downstairs to take a look at my furnace. My furnace is just a little over a year old and it turned out that there was nothing wrong with it. Hayden said that it just needed to reset itself for the heat to start coming out. When he was done and he came upstairs, I asked him how much for him coming out And he said there would be no charge, because I had the coupon. So nice to know that I can count on Thielman Heating and Cooling. Very trustworthy company!!! Hayden was Awesome 👍👍👍

  Our water softener had failed so we called Thielmann heating cooling and plumbing in slinger for help. Dan E came out diagnosed the problem and was extremely helpful in helping us pick out a new replacement unit . He was able to get the new unit and it installed it the same day . He was extremely helpful and through in the installation and explaining the new unit to us and making sure our needs were met. We will diffidently be calling Thielmann for any of our services needs going forward because of the great service we got from Dan

  Nick K. provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond when he arrived to replace the draft combustion inducer assembly for our furnace. When he opened the box with the replacement part he discovered that it was broken, so he had to put the original part back into our furnace while he made calls to his office to locate another part that was in stock. He found one and informed me that he would be back within an hour with a new part. When he got back he completed the job and everything is working well with our furnace now! Nick K. exhibits the following qualities (professional, personable, thorough, and friendly) and Thielmann Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing are lucky to have him on thier team!   I wasn't happy with Thielmann heating, cooling & plumbing. The man they sent out to me to look at my heater was very nice. Hi diagnosed my heater and then told me that I need $2800,00 in repairs, and that my parts would take a few days to get to me leaving me with no heat for days. As soon as heard that, I called a friend of mine who works at a simple Mom and Pops heating company. They came right out and diagnosed my heater for nothing while Thielmann charge me over $100.00. Not only did the Mom and Pops place diagnosed my heater for free, but they took apart my heater to confirm the problem, something that Thielmann did not. I told them about how Thielmann said my parts would take days to get to them the Lennox manufacturer. The Mom and Pops said WHAT?? They have distributor just a few miles from here. Once the Mom and Pops place properly diagnosed my heaters problem they gave their price. Over $1500.00 difference cost and they fix the problem the same day. They also gave me a 3% discount for paying in cash along with the free diagnosed of my heater. Thielmann was a tremendous disappointment with both there services and cost.
