- RKRyan K2 days ago5.0I had a great experience with Thielman Group Heating and Cooling. I called with an issue late Tuesday afternoon and they had an expert (Todd H) arrive 8:30 am the next day. Todd was friendly and professional, also walked me through my issues and options and set me up with a sales rep visit (Michael) a few hours later. Michael verified my issue and presented me with a quote, he was was also friendly and professional and provided me two new space heaters to use until my issue was fixed. He got me set up with an installation of a new hvac system the next day at 8:30. Jim K and his team was friendly and professional and got my hvac installed within 3-4 hours. Jim was able to answer the questions I had. Overall, i was very statisifed by the friendliness of all the Thielman professionals i worked with during the process, but also how quickly they got through the process, especially in a busy time of year.

The emergency service line worked great, he let me know when he was on his way, and arrived promptly. He fixed the problem and additionally changed my filter. I have used Thielmann for all of my heating and cooling needs for years. Always work with someone you can trust.

He was very good with his work, and he even gave me advice on what I should do with the filter for the HVAC. I hope he will be the one to install the parts that needed to be replaced. - BBBrettNov 20, 20255.0My furnace maintenance had a work window time slot from 10am to 1pm. Our technician Carlos arrived shortly after 11am! Advised that the maintenance may take 30 to 40 minutes. Carlos was very professional and courteous. After the furnace maintenance was completed in that given timetable. Carlos thoroughly answered my question about having our ducts cleaned and also advised of the benefit of adding ultraviolet light to our residential HVAC system. I was not aware that Thielmann did this type of work as well. I am very pleased to hear that this extra service is available. This appointment was actually rescheduled from Oct to November as the Front Office called about an urgent calls from the cold snap we had in September. With the agreement that we could reschedule at a later time that worked for both of us. The Thielmann Front Office offered a $10.00 discount. I was pleased with the communication that occurred a whole week prior to our original appointment. For our HVAC system we will always have Thielmann Heating being out go to. I highly recommend you do the same thing.
- MYMike YohnkNov 20, 20255.0When my original HVAC guy retired, I went with another smaller company. It always took me at least three phone calls to get them out here to do the tuneup. And then went to another major local company, and every time they came out, they try to sell me additional services or repairs that weren’t needed. Then had Thielmann come out, as I got on their $96 furnace, tuneup, deal, and it was an awesome experience. The furnace is OK and needs no repair. Thank you for Jacob for making this a pleasurable experience! I think I found my new HVAC company!
