  Had Brian replace 7 windows, was able to get in and out pretty quick! They were incredibly polite, and cleaned up everything when they wrapped up. Work looks amazing and attention the small details was impressive. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

  Replacing my bathtub with a walk in shower was the best decision I have made as a homeowner...and no one could have made the process easier than Mad City Windows & Baths of Milwaukee. I am completely satisfied.

  We had a sales rep come out to give us a quote on a new bathroom. Initially, he was very kind and what I thought was being honest , as the time went by he quoted us about 20 K , when we said we wanted to wait because our own circumstances he could be became very pushy after four hours my husband filing told him to leave. He came down with the price to 10 K. Why wouldn’t you just start with that if you’re not scamming us? Not impressed it will not be going with them!! They are very high-pressure sales!!!!

  Had MadCity out for a QUOTE for just resurfacing my cabinet doors & new hardware. Was quoted nearly $80,000 for a medium sized kitchen. They did not understand that we just wanted to see what a quote would look like for the cheapest route- or so we thought. Tearing out the whole kitchen & remodeling might be a better choice at this point. Probably will even be cheaper. The Sales Representative that met with us on Friday December 19th was very quiet & was not very professional. She continued to say how she has so many years in the business & so many years with her "interior design" degree. She was not any help when asking for color design preferences or ideas, she just shook her head like she didn't want to make the sale. Towards the end of the estimate, the Sales Representative gave us a breakdown, $79,755 OR $61,755 if i were to make a decision that day. Its unreal that they would just give you $18,000 off if you sign same day, unless you were totally trying to rip off your customer. Another fun fact- When you request a quote from MadCity, nearly 3 phone calls came in right after i submitted my request, and i have received 3 phone calls (all from different numbers) since that date. Would not recommend doing business with MadCity for Cabinet Refacing - especially if you're not 100% ready to move forward day of.

  This company harasses you by phone. They don’t even have the right person (which they are aware of) and will continuously call me daily. Sometimes 10 times a day. All from different numbers. Whatever you do, do NOT give them your phone number!!!
