  installers left the caulking for me to do after about 10 months. The window started to sag at One end Windsor does not close flat all the way crossed The representative said nothing wrong with the window something to do with seal swelling. Why would it swell in one spot and not the entire seal makes no sense. The window was obviously not installed correctly which allowed it to SAG Man city evidently doesn't back up there installation unless there's something physically wrong with the window. would not recommend mad city

  Door to Door sales man was nice. The next day the consultation happened...First off, I thought this was a just quote ping ping pong done right...didn't know it was going to take 4 hours with the consultation dude..right?!!! They should mention it will take a few hours or so otherwise i wouldn't have agreed to anything!!! They are so pushy...like you have to commit!!! Next thing is, the refacing for cabinets and pricing is ridiculous. We were offered to just reface the cabinets, new handles, new kitchen sink, and new counter tops. We only have 10 cabinets to reface ok..and we wanted to add some cabinets on an empty wall. Mind you my house is only 1000sq ft. 3 bed 1 bath, a living room and a kitchen. If you can guess my kitchen is pretty small. Just refacing the 10 cabinets, a new sink and handles, and adding couple cabinets to my empty wall I was quoted $54,100 dollars to do all of this!!!! That is half of what I paid for my house! I said no...and then all of a sudden he can lower it...down $30,000 all of a sudden with all the "Magical Discounts" he had. Also, the consultation guy was rude after the fact I said no and I declined the services. He calls his boss saying "I wasted my time here", "I'M going to be late for my next client" and then he said all of sudden "she changed her mind"! Making sure what he said to his boss in front me to hear to make me feel bad I guess...like it's my fault your're ridiculously high!!! He then walked out my door with such a bad ass attitude and didn't even say bye or thank you. Like you wasted my time for coming up with this ridiculous and expensive quote. ALL BECAUSE I SAID NO! This items must be made of GOLD!!!! Do not recommend! Scammers! Be up front with what your presenting and your deals...if your hiding your discounts and specials...then what else are you hiding!! BEWARE!!

  They did a horrible job on my bath tub and threw out my shower curtain rob that I just had bought and when they came to replace it and I asked what I am supposed to do about the money I spent a rod they threw out, all I got was it wasn't a big deal and we weren't losing money. But I bought the damn shower rod out of my pocket and threw it away after I told them not to. What a joke of a company. A 1 star because I have to

  Had a great experience with Mad City Windows!! Our installer Chris Frost was amazing, very kind and is definitely a hard worker. My husband and I are very pleased and look forward to use them again for windows in the future!!!
