  I have had several issues with Purpose Contacting. Communication was great until after the payment was made. They paved my rear driveway in July 2023, which looked good at first. A crack the full length of the culvert occurred the spring after they paved it. I called Chris and he said they'd come out to address the issue, they never showed up. I called a few more times, no follow up from them. Fast forward a year or so, Purpose was contracted by Village of Caledonia to repair a water main repair the city did on my front driveway. Purpose over-cut their repair onto my concrete driveway by about 6" and refused to fix it. In this overcut, they cut my buried dog fence wire. I asked them to fix the dog fence and offered to leave the materials on the driveway for them to use for the repair. I was told they'd be over that week to fix the dog fence. Again, a no show. There is a pattern here that is not acceptable. I don't recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

  Can't speak highly enough of this company!! Their crew showed up today and knocked it out of the park on our 700ft/400 ton driveway in Wind Lake! You can tell just by watching this crew that they have worked together for many years. The efficiency and skill set was like nothing I have witnessed from any other contractors in the past. Everyone on their crew of 12 was polite and professional. There is no other company we will call for our paving needs in the future!

  Terrible place do not use, they do not stand by their bad work. Not sure how to reply to your message other then adjust my review. You did a terrible job for a family member and refused to fix it. I saw all the texts going back and forth and you guys are rude and don't stand be hind your work. The job was terrible and owner and workers were very rude when my family member asked for this to be fixed.

  The Crew was here both days by 7:00am. They finished our job in the 2 days while working with a Tree Cutting Company we needed to take out fallen trees from a wind storm. Didn't matter at all they just kept working to get our large project completed and they did a FANTASTIC JOB !
