  We have been consistently pleased with all services provided by 1st Choice. Our most recent service was for a system check up for our furnace and the technician, Timothy Shepherd, was on time, polite, and very thorough when explaining what he was doing. We have peace of mind knowing we can always depend on 1st Choice Heating and Cooling!

  Justin was experienced and informed about the maintenance of our system. He gave me tips about the filters and humidifier. He supplied us an estimate for a new humidifier since our existing hardware parts were breaking. His maintenance report was very detailed and informative.

  I had my yearly service for my furnace. Justin Prening was the technician. While he was working, he found that I had some issues. He did point them out and I decided to upgrade to a new unit because the unit I have is old and out of warranty. Justin is very knowledgeable and courteous.

  Cameron was an extremely polite young man who proved to be both dedicated and thorough. We have two furnaces - one of them located in our very small attic, a space where only the brave are willing to enter - and he took on the challenge with a great attitude. He provided valuable insights into our furnaces and never pressured us in any way, which we really appreciated. Did I mention he left behind very clean furnaces and a neat workspace? We will continue to use First Choice Heating for our maintenance needs because of Cameron and the other great techs who have served us over the last 20+ years.
