  Andy, Heather, & the entire Sheppard’s team are phenomenal. We did a major whole-home flooring project (laminate and carpet) & they were very easy to work with, transparent, very knowledgeable about flooring options and provided solid advice based on our needs. I never felt pressured by upcharges, and they were always available throughout the project (and even after) for all my questions. We’ve used subcontractors through big box stores before and are always left disappointed. Heather & Andy stand by the work their team does & that makes me proud to support their local business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone curious about taking on a flooring project!

  I just purchased carpeting from Sheppard's Flooring and it's absolutely beautiful! The quality is more that what I hoped for and the installer, Daniel was amazing. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for carpeting!

  We have worked with Sheppard’s Flooring on two occasions. On both occasions, we have found the service to be exceptional. The owners are knowledgeable and give great advice. Also, the carpet layer, Daniel, that came and did some work for us did a great installation. We really appreciated that he was prompt and clean. He was prompt and clean. We definitely look forward to using them again.

  We were referred to Sheppards Flooring by a friend and we’re so glad that we used them to replace all the flooring in our home. The owners (Andy and Heather) are local and great people! They helped us to select premium LVP, Carpeting, and padding for our home. Their installers were clean, courteous, and experienced! We are extremely particular when it comes to our home and the quality of their products and installation is second to none. They are fairly priced relative to other stores and their installers carefully moved very heavy furniture (including a pool table) to facilitate a smooth and professional install. If you are shopping for flooring make sure the company you select will move your furniture. The installers cleaned up after the job and were diligent and professional.

  I needed carpet repair and Sheppard's made it easy to schedule a time and date for the repair. The technicians were friendly and efficient. We will be calling Sheppard's Flooring whenever a flooring issue arrives in the future.
