  My furnace went out in January and I called Midwest to come out. They came that evening replaced a part and 30 minutes after they left the furnace stopped working. The next day same tech came back out and replaced additional part, 2 hours after he left furnace stopped working. I called and asked for different tech this time. They sent me Joe, great guy. He identified that the previous tech had crossed wires on the part he installed. He fixed the issue that the first tech created, but he did find the issue and had to order the part. Next day he came back and installed part and furnace has been working great. I was charged over $1600 for the 4 visits. I printed all invoices and went into the office to discuss the breakdowns on the billing. I was told the manger would call me, he never did. Jason the manger has been texting me to try to sell me new furnace, I responded with my experience, no response from Jason. I would not recommend this company.

  Yes, Tim guys did a terrific job. It was nice and clean.It wasn't messy, they just came and did their job if I had to rank them.I'd rank them at the top

  Tyler knew the product and what to do to make the outside unit a bit more stable. Also knowledgeable on paper work including invoice/warranty and maintenance packages. Was able to better describe remote functions. Thanks Tyler!

  Midwest Heating has been a true lifesaver for me. We had a boiler go out in a rental property during the coldest week of the winter, and they worked tirelessly to fix and then ultimately replace the boiler. They are incredibly professional, kept me continuously updated on progress, and truly worked to fix the problem before recommending a full replacement. They even brought space heaters to help my tenants get through a couple of cold nights while we were working on it. I’ve also had them out to check on the boiler, and they are always on time, communicative, and available for appointments. Melissa and the team do a fantastic job and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

  All contacts with Midwest have been great! We’ve done business with them since 2018. All the technicians have been very professional and informative of the tasks they performed! Mellisa, in the office is a pleasure to deal with! She is a great representative for Midwest!
