- KKKarenJan 2, 20263.0Emmanuel was very nice and thorough when here. The only reason I didn’t move forward with First call was because I was told I would receive the quote the same day or the next day and I didn’t receive it until the following Wednesday. That did not sit well with me.
- YSYul StephensDec 16, 20255.0Had a new furnace installed job well done my old furnace was 50 years old although it was still working I was really taking a chance every winter with it breaking down it started short cycling making loud noises I didn't want to take that chance of having it go out in the middle of winter especially around Christmas time Thanks to First Call Heating & Cooling I can relax no more worries.

- DLDiane LewisDec 14, 20255.0Our furnace didn’t work. We called the company that installed our central air. I called twice and still 2 days later have not heard from them. I searched for other HVAC companies and called First Call based on the reviews. We called at 2:00 am. The customer service representative was pleasant and very helpful. She gave me an arrival time of 8:00-10:00am. Alex came at 8:00 am on the dot! Within 15 minutes he found the issue. Our motor had seized up. The furnace was 14 years old. He explained our options replacing the part but would need to order it. The cost of the part & labor and wait time we decided to buy a new furnace. We were given two quotes while he was at our house. We were approved for financing right away. He even scheduled our install and were pleasantly surprised they were able to schedule the install within 3 days. We are very happy with First Call and will continue using them in the future.
- BHBen HartDec 8, 20251.0Charged me $240 for an after hours service call, the tech came over and just told me how bad my furnace is and how it needs to be replaced. He also said he didn't have the parts to fix it. (pressure switches were what he wanted to change, even though they weren't bad) He said "sorry I couldn't get you heat tonight bud." First call didn't call me back to ask anything until the end of day next day (probably trolling for more emergency time) and that was just to ask for the ok to order the wrong parts. Called another company and they came and fixed it next day, no thanks to First Call.
