  We were able to schedule a next day appointment for our house sale requirements. There was a little confusion as our technician Joe arrived about 20 minutes before our scheduled service window, and I had to rush there with my toddler, but everything worked out. They were able to service right at our budget so it was a smooth deal. Beth in the office is wonderful. Give her a raise.

  Great service and communication from the team at Nimmer. Beth did a great job fitting us in to the schedule and communicating with us when the service team arrived at our building. Joe was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He explained our options clearly. I felt very comfortable with his recommendations. I confess to being a bit wary with some service folks. Not Joe. There was no pressure, which was reassuring.

  Joe DeRose was so knowledgeable and patient with my questions as he fixed my leaky radiator. Can’t thank him and the scheduling team at Nimmer enough for fixing my problem so quickly!

  Joe D came this morning to perform maintenance service on our boiler. He was terrific- professional, thorough, knowledgeable and polite. He also noted an issue with a part for the boiler that does not need immediate repair but that we may want to address before it gives out. He clearly explained what the part did, why we may want to replace it before it fails and the available options for replacing it. Great service.

  I called Nimmers around 7:30 this morning, because our furnace decided to go out on us overnight. I initially spoke with an office lady who was very friendly and reassuring. This was a good sign. She was able to get a technician out to us within a few hours, unlike some other companies that couldn’t even give us a timeframe… it would just be “sometime today”. When our technician Blake arrived, he was very friendly and was able to quickly identify the issue and explained all our options in depth. He even found us some savings! Blake told us their office would be calling in about a few hours to schedule an appointment with the Home Solutions Advisor. Not even 10 minutes after Blake leaves, Malinda calls and tells us their advisor, Brian could come to our home in an hour. Great! Well Brian, the home advisor was there within 15 minutes! And again, we were met again with a friendly and informative individual. We decided to replace our 15 year old furnace and Brian was great at comparing and explaining the different models and helped us find what worked best for our situation. Our installation is now scheduled for tomorrow morning! I highly recommend Nimmers! Malinda, Blake, Brian and I’m sure the rest of the staff are nothing but helpful. I will be recommending Nimmers to all our friends and family…. Consider us lifetime customers now!
