The one thing that told us to give them a try was their phone etiquette. They were nice on the phone and knowledgeable! In the city, places that repair Skidsters are rude and weird so my confidence on trusting them isn't there. Update: We are totally happy with our repair. They fixed everything that was asked. We're excited how well our Skidster works now! All the employees that we had contact with were super nice.
