  I had a good experience with TuffShed's sales person here in Milwaukee. However the team they sent to perform the installation left several problems Including unfinished door trim, hundreds of exposed nails, mismatched door lock, missing keys, etc. They told me that day that i would be contacted to finish the work. UPDATE: After several weeks I was able to speak directly with TuffShed's general manager and they were able to resolve all my issues quickly after that. I now have a fully finished and well built shed.

  "We really enjoy the shed Tuff Shed built for us in our backyard! It looks so great and everyone who comes to our home is so impressed and envious! The whole experience with you was so professional, and the workmanship is outstanding! It was cold the day of the installation but the 2 men that came were just great at everything they did while putting the shed together, they even painted it all over again. Our sales manager Darren was very easy to work with. He took his time to explain everything in details; choosing colors, door design, measurements, etc. He also gave us a very good price. We are just so happy with everything and glad we chose Tuffshed. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you again Darren and the 2 men who came to install ( sorry I forgot their names) .

  From the start I loved the website that allowed me to build 3D models of my shed and show the price adjustments as I swapped in features and options. Love that they build and install it on site and paint it. (Second coat is by customer with supplied paint.) Arrival on the scheduled date was later than originally stated, but they did come that day and got the job done quickly. There were a couple of things they needed to do another day due to materials (including the customer-applied paint) not being on the truck, and a couple of minor details I didn’t notice until after they left. After I hadn’t heard back about scheduling the service call I reached out to sales and got a swift reply and a scheduled date of just a few days out. The service tech came and did a fantastic job of completing the installation and making everything perfect, including doing the painting! The shed looks terrific and is totally weatherproof and will last a long time.
