  We went with Ron & Russ for our yoga studio in December. They were very easy to work with. Their lead time and variety of HIGH QUALITY local flooring supply was what sealed the deal (should mention 1 week lead time with R&R vs. 6 weeks with big box retailers). Once we made a deposit, they were able to install within the week!! The installer was knowledgeable and did quality work. He even finished the job ahead of schedule. I highly recommend supporting this local Bay View business. Cheers!

  I recently used this company to install a wood floor this experience was a nightmare. I did not receive the product I had chosen. A process that should have taken 2 visits turned into 7 . Russ came 3 times and the installer 4. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not ever use them again. My nightmare continues. Just 6 months after the installation the flooring started coming up in several areas. I contacted them Russ came out and looked at the problem on March 23rd. I called multiple times to see what they were going to do to fix the problem. All i got was excuses finally on May 17th an inspector came to look at the floor that was 2 months later. I have heard nothing since now it's June.now it's August Russ and the installer came today to fix the floor. After ripping up all the loose boards they realized they didn't have enough material. They covered the bare spots with paper and taped it down. Now I have to wait again. This is beyond ridiculous you would think someone would have come to look at it first to determine how much they needed. So now I have a mess if they would have just given me the product I chose I would not be going through this

  Local family owned business with competitive prices, large selection, and expert service. We had our hardwood floors refinished and carpet installed and was very happy with the results. Have gone back multiple times. Would highly recommend.

  Extremely happy with how our floor turned out! I am no expert when it comes to picking out flooring and matching it with what I currently have. Ron and Russ' team did a phenomenal job, offering up what they thought would look best and let me tell you, it matches perfect! The gentleman who came and installed the flooring told me everything that he was going to be doing and how long it would take. He didn't under estimate or over estimate on time. I will definitely use them again in the future.
