- AVAdrienne VoylesDec 21, 20255.0Came home from work to find my furnace wasn't working. Did the customary checks before calling Nimmer Heating. The technician Josh Jackson called me back and walked me through some basic steps to pin point the issue. We weren't able to solve the issue over the phone, so he stated that he would stop by to take a look at it. Of course I had to give him special instructions to navigate the traffic as he was coming to Candy Cane Lane. When Josh arrived he stated the instructions were perfect, no issues (was here in 10 min of the call). Josh was efficient and explained what he was checking and what the issue was. He was in and out within 15 min of arriving. I definately recommend Nimmer Heating.

Said They Ordered It. Part Was Available In Town For $385.00 Talk About Mark Up. Lady Running The Office Was Very Unpleasant. All She Kept Saying Was SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY

This afternoon one of the techs became available from another job and Beth sent him right over while we were on tne phone. Blake was the service tech that worked on my furnace. He was pleasent and explained everything to me. Did maintenance and a small part needed replacement. Blake was thorough and time efficient. I am pleased with the service I received today. Thank you Beth and Blake. I will recommend to my friends.
