We just moved here from AZ and don't know anyone or who to call when we ended up with a clogged toilet in our house. After making dozens of calls and being told: "We don't take new customers" (What?!?) , "We can be there in 3 days" (not helpful), or "You need to have a monthly membership with us before we will come out" (I've never even heard of something like that) I was starting to lose hope. Big time. I went to the next name on Google's list which was Drain Cleaning Brothers and they asked me to send them a text to them with my name, address, and other contact info so I did. Within an hour I got a call from Dakota (one of the 2 brother owners of the company) who said he was on his way. He arrived 15 mins later. Basically the toilet was unclogged within seconds, he didn't even need to get tools off of his truck! Dakota also took his time to teach me the pro tips and tricks to unclog it should it ever happen again. Within an hour and a half of the initial phone call my problem was solved and I could not be happier! Drain Brother's will be my first and only phone call next time my household has any plumbing issues and they will be my go to with the house we intend to build this next year. Fair pricing for their services AND they took time to educate me on what I can do the next time! They were courteous, clean, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
