  Great experience, Mike has great communication and got he job knocked out in one day! I had a couple of woodchucks burrow under my garage in several places, Mikes crew drilled through the floor and got everything filled in to avoid floor cracking or settling. Great work!

  Tried to get an estimate from a local contractor. He responded to my internet contact after a week then nothing. I used some contact form that popped up when I found them. I edited this review because he felt wronged. I did get an estimate. It was very short on details. I'm not in the concrete business and not sure what the norms are as far as estimates. The email estimate came with a box to accept the bid, I didn't like that. I was afraid I would accidentally hit that box and accept the bid before I was able to ask questions, which I had. I think it would more appropriate for a business estimate not for people like myself who need more than a line description of job. He seems to have a lot of time to email his complaints of my review and my responses to those emails but did not respond to my emails asking for an estimate. While waiting for his response I got responses from 4 companies and an estimate from another company. For several reasons I would not hire this company. He might be perfect for someone else but for me I'd like better, more communication about the actual job not my internet review. For the record, he did not call me until after I left the review. I thought he was trying to do better by contacting by phone rather than email. He gave me an estimate then he saw the review. Since then he has emailed me several times regarding the review, but yet he sent 1 email saying he would get in touch with me. Initially I responded to his email with my address and an offer to send pictures. He did not respond to those emails. But yet he responded to my 1 star review much faster by saying he is a small business and doing his best to do it all and he was too busy to respond in a timely manner for my request for an estimate. That I expected too much from him, being as busy as he is. Seems to me he has more time on his hands this week than last week. This is just my opinion, I have no experience with his work. Guess I never will.

  Overall experiance was ok. When they came out to qoute the repair they were out fast even included a qoute for the side walk. Email response just to know when they were coming out took a bit. I explained to them I was having a water run off issue and needed the driveway pitched away from the house. They said they could fix that no problem. The qoute was 4 slabs pitched away from the house and the sidewalk. I was thinking they were going to trim the steps to pitch the sidewalk they just saw cut the concrete in front of the step. Got home instantly saw the 4th wasnt raised at all i put a level on it still pitched pretty severe towards the house. It rained thst day took pictures of the water pooling. Sent the pictures and gave them a call. The main reason for the 3 star it felt like they were attempting to give me the run around I had expressed to them the 4th slab wasn't touched and the concrete was still pitched towards the house. He explained they void filled under the 4th (great excuse). And that they cant pitch it because its to close to the garage and fence several reasons. I politely hung up because I feel I know how this conversation is going to go. I sent them a long email explaining I was told they could get the job done pitch the 4 pieces of driveway, And that they never told me they would have any issues with my 1 request to pitch the driveway. Also explained that they should have informed me of this before the repair and I did not feel i was provided with the service i was qouted. He was quick to respond. They came out right away and pitched the last slab which took alot more work for course I asked before they started will I now have to worry about any other issues or water intrusion in the garage didnt get a response. He had told me they would have to grind the trip hazard i was fine with that. Came home after second repair several garden border pavers raised up from foam going under them. A decent size trip hazard from where the patio pavers meet the concrete. Guess I have a weekend project of redoing alot of the papers now lol

  They did a great job with very little evidence of being there. In and out in about an hour. Reasonable price, considerably less than replacement. Perfect application for hard to reach areas, and no heavy equipment.

  I'm very happy with the work Bothun's performed. They were able to level several concrete slabs in my driveway that had settled. I asked them to raise the edge of the slab next to the garage so it was perfectly flush with the garage entry, and they nailed it. Thank you, guys!
