    They actually came out earlier than my scheduled appointment, which I really appreciated since I’d been dealing with a leaking shower head that was stressing me out. I was worried about mold and grime building up, so having someone show up on Thursday instead of the following Monday felt like a blessing. The technician, Gabriel, was great — very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. My only disappointment is that the main issue I needed help with — the leaking shower head — wasn’t actually fixed. Gabriel did mention that the shower head itself was heavily corroded and would likely need to be replaced, but that still left me with the same problem I started with. He also looked at my toilet, which I’d been concerned about because it had leaked earlier, and after tightening it and running multiple tests, everything seemed fine. For that part, I was relieved. Overall, scheduling was easy, the technician was respectful and informative, and the visit was smooth. I just wish the primary issue had been resolved while they were here, rather than leaving me having to purchase a new shower head afterward. Not a bad experience at all, just something that could have been handled a bit more completely.

    Branden & Brandon, and the whole team at Thielmann, were nothing but professional from start to finish. Install was absolutely fantastic (very clean and meticulous). I would highly recommend them and the company! We've worked with Thielmann for many years and we have never been disappointed - great company and products!

    It’s been over a month since our new carrier furnace and heat pump was installed. Although the furnace is working fine, the heat pump is still in operable. I’ve called numerous times to ask when it will be put in service only to be told that there’s a part on backorder and they have no idea when they’ll be getting it. No promise dates !! This is getting a little bit ridiculous! I would like a promise date! I’m getting ready to talk to my lawyer to see what my options are! You guys have to pick up the slack here! We dropped over 20 grand with your organization And you are supposed to be representing us! I’m not getting that feeling at all! We have been continuous users of Roth heating for many many years!     I was able to get an emergency appointment which the representative fit me in at this busy time of the season. Shane P arrived within the window and explained everything he was doing and thoroughly explained his findings. I received invoice and diagnosis right away via email messaging. I also had a visit from Bryan who took his time evaluating my furnace and water heater. He sat down and explained options in replacing both systems. He also was honest in offering me options. No pressure selling and having me sign a contract. His side conversations also took a stressful situation and made it more calming. Thank you to all !.

    Updated Review I originally left a 5-star review after working with Nick, who was professional, kind, and patient in diagnosing our old HVAC system and helping us decide on next steps. Unfortunately, our experience since then has been disappointing. Following Thielmann’s recommendation, we installed a new thermostat that ultimately turned out not to be compatible with our furnace. As a result, we’re now moving forward with a full system install for an additional $1,000. Thielmann provided a small $50 credit, but we’re still out roughly $400 in costs between a nonreturnable $150 thermostat and $230 in trip charges. While Nick himself was personable and tried to be helpful, this was clearly a bad recommendation that ended up costing us both time and money. We want to do what’s best for our home and family, but this situation was frustrating and not handled as well as we had hoped. --- Original Review Nick was fantastic to work with! He took the time to carefully diagnose the issue with my old system and walked me through all of my options in a clear, helpful way. I really appreciated how patient, kind, and personable he was throughout the process. He never made me feel rushed or pressured. When it came time to install the new non-communicative system, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and the results have been excellent. I couldn’t be happier with the service and expertise Nick provided. Highly recommend!
