  Kevin P was great from the moment he stepped in the door. He took a moment to let my pups investigate him so they wouldn't be hyper about a "stranger" in the house they hadn't yet met. He took the initiative to dig past the immediate problem indicated by the furnace's flash code and proactively took care of issues that would have caused another service call in the near future.

  James showed up on time as expected and took the time to give me a brief overview before starting to replace the A/C unit. After he had finished he took me through the system and what to expect from the new system. He also noticed the furnace was only engaging the first stage of heat and enabled the unit to utilize the second stage as well. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and removed. Thanks for a great install James you really did a good job.

  The mechanic did a terrible job and left not having corrected the problem. He never used his multi meter to diagnose the issue, used a wire nut to secure a screw to fasten a control and left a bolt and nut inside the unit that should have been reinstalled on the power vent fan. Also, he didn’t know the difference between a compression tank for domestic water, I have city water, versus an indirect water heater, which is standing right next to my boiler. I’m probably missing something else. It was a complete waste of time and money. In the end, I replaced the aquastat that corrected the problem.

  First I want say to Jim we did not meet you must have been speaking with Brian from Kelmann restoration the project manager. I am very please with the quality of furnace and the air conditioning unit excellent. As for the workmanship again excellent. Thank you. If there one thing I would have had you do differently it would have been the placement of the in take and exit pipe.

  Furnace of course had after hours issue but I got a call back early and a fast appointment. Tech was AMAZING answered all questions, did not get annoyed and was friendly. Gave suggestions without push me towards a decision either way. Installation update, 3days later, Crew was AMAZING as well!! furnace, water heater and air conditioner all done perfectly and only in 7hrs!!! All employees have not disappointed, customers since 1994 and not going anywhere else.
