  Carlos was an excellent technician and very knowledgeable and explained everything in layman’s terms so I could understand what he was telling me. Carlos answered my questions and was able to get someone out to my home same day for a quote on a new furnace and a/c unit. Cost for coming out I think was a rip off since nothing was repaired and found out the noise was from a vent rattling not actually the furnace and I paid $160 and some change to find that out. Carlos did text the ignitor sensor and it is going bad and needs to be replaced, but it wasn’t fixed, so again $160.00 was a lot of money for not repairing anything and here less than an hour. Carlos I give. 5 but company a 3 for gouging price.

  We were concerned about our sump pumps running all the time so we had Theilmann come out. They sent an excellent plumber by the name of Andy. He did an excellent job in answering our questions and gave us reassurance that we were doing the right things to protect our nicely finished basement. We bought a new furnace a couple of years from Thielmann and have been very pleased. Great service, products and nice people to work with.

  Makinze was a great tech. He was super polite, friendly, respectful, and most importantly took the time to answer a few questions we had. The price we paid for maintenance included servicing the dehumidifier and replacing the filters. Overall a great experience!

  Thielmann did it again. Since the brunt of winter and its annoying dryness/static is coming soon, I asked for an estimate on a humidifier system for my furnace. Bryan was scheduled to visit within days, and then Hayden and his co-worker did the install on Christmas Eve morning. Once again, Thielmann did not disappoint - the unit was added quickly and neatly; Hayden took time to answer my questions and the job was done within hours. Needless to say, I can recommend Thielmann without hesitation. Great work, guys!

  My furnace failed and it’s the middle of winter in Wisconsin. I called multiple companies and the soonest any of them would help me was a week later- plenty of time for my pipes to freeze. Then I found Capital Heating, not only did they expedite the entire process to get me booked the next day but Justin went out of his way to come to my office to show me a work estimate and explain everything because there was no way i could leave work. This is very unusual nowadays for a business to have an amazing combination of quality service as well as excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company!
