- TETara EschenbachNov 1, 20253.0I purchased siding from here that transaction was flawless Lori was great! My delivery came as Lorisaid it would, the driver was wonderful and professional . I ended up with a box full and 7 extra pieces of siding. I returned them Bob and the guy in the yard were wonderful . I was at the store at 830 am to do the return. I was asked to leave my CC number so they could put my refund on my account, I called Thursday afternoon the lady told me she would get to it by end of day(4 pm), Friday morning the refund still isn’t pending in my account so I called around 1030 Friday morning the lady was rude and told me I need to be patient she is doing the job of 3 people and she will get to it when she gets to it oh and she is waiting for a call back from the manufacturer on what they will do. I asked her to call the company again and she told me no. This is a pretty common color. I am livid that it is Saturday morning they are closed for the weekend and she did not get my refund done. She is sitting with my CC number on a post it and withholding 300 dollars of mine . They want their money at time of purchase but when it comes to giving back she takes her time. I feel this is very unprofessional. I should not be waiting for my refund and my CC number should not be sitting on a post it note on her desk. She needs to figure out time management and schedule times to do the refund process. This is not ok!

- KBKayleigh BullJul 14, 20193.0EDIT: As soon as I had posted my review about being unhappy with never hearing back about a part I had ordered, the manager of the store got a hold of me immediately and said that they actually had the part in but nobody had called me back about it. He gave me a discount for my trouble which was unnecessary- I wasn't trying to get a discount by complaining- but I appreciated how he tried really hard to make the situation better. I have to say that the product they ordered me was perfect- it fit in the space I needed it to fit like a glove and was exactly what I needed. Very good quality. I DO NOT recommend working with them. I went there to order a simple threshold for my exterior door. They seemed nice and knew what I needed and just asked for measurements. I walked in there with pictures of all the measurements I took to make sure I was getting exactly what they needed and they said they’d order it. A few weeks went by and I had heard nothing from them so I called. They said they still needed measurements. I explained that I had already given those to them so I called later with the measurements (again) and asked them to please order it. It’s been over 3 weeks and I’ve never heard a single thing from them. A friend said he had the same experience. Apparently they only want to work with contractors so they really couldn’t care less about the regular people who want to fix a simple thing at home and support a local business. So I guess it’s off to Menards now.
