  As a contractor i would NEVER recommend any work by this company as they are far from professional, my client had a egress basement window installed, during the install process they operated heavy equipment onsite for digging purposes and during this process they completely destroyed my clinets lawn & landscape areas during their work process, during the project the other contractor onsite who was diong the basement bedroom install asked them if they were going to use mats for protection of lawn and landscape areas and the reply to him was that they do not have any mats to use to protect such areas, now because of this damage my customer has to pay me to repair the damage caused to the lawn and landscape areas which is very extensive in repair. Being that this is a large scale operation business you would think they would stride themselves on leaving a property project in better condition than when they arrived however it was the opposite as now this client of mine has to pay me to repair their .mistakes in damage to the lawn and landscape areas.

  Excellent service! Lifted my driveway and sidewalk about 2 inches. They were quick, and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Zach and team were great to work with.

  Luke Van Handel is meticulous with his presentation of products and services and overall knowledgeable. He was able to guide my wife and I to come together with a firm decision with what was needed to get done. Overall I am happy with our decision to go through sure-dry for an Egress Window.

  Very hardworking and efficient employees. Very neat and cleaned up everything after they were finished, even wore boot covers over boots. Asked if I had any questions before and after they wee done. GOOD JOB GUYS!!

  We had an excellent experience with Sure-Dry. We had water seeping into our basement in the spring. Damon came out to do an inspection and give us a quote. He went through what he found and the causes. He laid out options from the minimum to address the problem through additional prevention measures. He explained everything thoroughly in easy to understand language. He went through the costs and we discussed the benefits of the various options. There was no pressure or upselling. We ended up taking care of the current issue and a small preventative piece. The one criticism I had is, like many companies, they had a 10% discount if we signed the agreement the day they were here. They were able to get us on the schedule in three weeks. They had a cancellation and were able to do it the following week. The crew was awesome, they explained the process and were very professional. When they finished, they cleaned everything up and showed us the work and explained what they had done. Damon, our sales rep., came to the house as they were finishing to follow up and be sure everything was satisfactory. We were very happy with Sure-Dry and would recommend them.
