  Terrible service from salesman, Jeff, at Walgenmeyers. Went in April to place order and schedule June install in a rental unit. Informed Jeff time was of the essence, must install in June. No response to my followup phone calls so in May went into store. Jeff told me the vinyl that I had requested had been scheduled for another job. So I picked a different more expensive floor. Do to my experiences w/this salesman, I again checked in later May, (no responce, so again went into store). Jeff said the original vinyl I had requested was now available. I said "no", I need this job completed in June, I have been working with you since April". Installer did not install metal thershold in basement bedroom doorway. This was our third order/install with this Company. Don't think will use them again.

  Very disappointed in my service from Walgenmeyer's. I'm a third time returning customer. The first time I had great service but since then it has only gotten worse and worse. The second time I had difficulty getting responses back but ultimately was able to order what I needed to. This third time has been horrific. I've had to repeat what I wanted multiple times. I've had them come out to generate a quote and they keep pushing the ETA on it to the point I stopped following up since they said I'd have it over a week ago. Even though they wrote down my flooring pick multiple times they've had to call and ask for it again. If I could just deal with the owners, it would likely be a great experience but the lack of follow up, attention to detail, and follow through is less than desirable and would not recommend working with them.

  Walgenmeyers did our basement flooring- Luxury vinyl and carpet. They were amazingly helpful and kind. We got a superior product to a big box store for a great price, and they were so quick with order, delivery, and installation. We are in love! 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!

  Amazing customer service! Very knowledgeable with what flooring would work best in our home. Great company to work with! Would highly recommend! We refer everyone we know to them!
