  I submitted for a quote on their website, then realized we no longer wanted a quote after all. They proceeded to call me dozens of times a day over the past few days, and despite telling multiple agents I wasn't interested, they keep calling. When I block their number, they call from a new one - I'm on phone number 3 at this point. They have a reputation for harassing people and that has not changed. Imagine how they are to worm with! Do not make the mistake I did and stay away! Update: I just called by a fourth number with another rep, who I once again told to stop contacting me and I've now also blocked. This happened AFTER the company responded below. These people are ridiculous.

  I feel that we were sold a bill of goods by the salesman. Pete said the job will be completed in a day. Well, that was not correct in our case. Our install started on February 4,2026 and we have had to have a plumber come to our house and three other installers to correct issues caused from the initial installer back in February. I have had to call several times to the Madison Wisconsin office just to be connected to Tyler in NY state to request help with our issues and then to wait several days for a call back. They are very expensive and I am truly unhappy with the service and am sorry to have hired this company! Unhappy in Lockport, NY.

  Had a $15,000 front door installed just about 1 years ago. As of today, we are unable to use this door as the door latch is broken (poor quality product). Service says it will be 3-6 weeks to get the part in to fix my door (ONLY access to my home). After they get the part it will be another 1-2 weeks to get on schedule to have part installed. This is unacceptable for a $15,000.00 door. I called to speak to management and they put me thru to a voicemail, not even a real person. As of now, still no return phone call. Do not use Mad City!

  Because our age and reduced joint flexibility we decided to replace the old bathtub and have a walk-in shower installed. Ever so happy we did since a month after installation I fell and broke my kneecap making it impossible to step into a tub. Mad City installation was fast and flawless. The old tub, walls and plumbing were removed and in about 7 hours we had a beautiful walk-in shower. Old material was removed and everything was cleaned up We were totally impressed with the quality of material and workmanship of the installers....real pros

  To start, the salesman was polite, but told us false information about pricing on other doors, promised items for customizations that we did not receive, pressured into agreeing same day acceptance, stating "if we dont accept today, they would have to cancel other appointments to come back and schedule and sign paperwork." The next was the receptionist in charge of scheduling our appointment. Was not willing to work on time frames, advised they did not have warehouse space to store the door, and needed to be scheduled immediately. When the time frame was agreed for the afternoon the appointment was then scheduled for the morning without our knowledge. The receptionist was also rude when communicating with us. We also called the day before to confirm the afternoon appointment, and was never corrected. The crew showed up at 9 AM the day of, because of this a rush was required to prepare for their work area, and was not aware of when they would arrive. I also was not home when they arrived, luckily my wife was home to assist them. The reason we wanted the afternoon and notified the receptionist of this, was so we were both home to assist in controling the dog and have their work area established. With that said, the workers who installed the door were very polite, helpful, and did good work. It should also be noted, an attempt was made to contact a manager, a voicemail was left, and never heard back.
