  Leah was our coordinator the first and second time around I’ll get to that. We first inquired in 25’ about having a few closets done and got a quote however were unsure if we’d expand our master closet at that time requiring the removal of a large spa tub and addition of a wall. After opting against that option quite some time later I reached out again with no ill will or hesitation on Leah’s part. We moved forward with some designs and we even opted to change modify one slightly again no issues whatsoever. My only even minor critique is that there was a 6 week delay in between deposit and the start of the work however that timeframe also included Christmas and New Years Holidays so I totally understand, however a less patient person may have inquired elsewhere. Our installer Will was also amazing! This guy was quite literally the most courteous and respectful installer, mover, tradesman, etc… I’ve ever had in any home, EVER! We have a young child and he was very conscious of that with his choice of the order he did the installs (3 rooms). The work he competed is flawless and he even removed the existing cheap Walmart style hanging closet layouts that were in 2 of the rooms. I can’t say enough good things about him and he should be considered a valued asset to the business. This is the kind of young man I myself as a business owner try to pursue, the type you have train new team members in hopes they conduct themselves similarly and have the same work quality. If or when I need their type of services again I’ll be reaching out to The Tailored Closet/Premier Garage and I urge you to as well if you’ve read this far. You won’t be let down! Thank You Again!

  The Tailored Closet was recommended to me by friends. They were very helpful and professional from start to finish. The design was exactly what I asked for. The installation team was prompt and did a great job including cleaning up after themselves. I am very happy with my new closet.

  This is the second time The Tailored Closet has completed closet projects at my home, and just like the first time I am very pleased with the finished projects! Lisa, the designer did a great job designing the three different closet systems I needed. Installers Matt B. and Matt M. were very professional and respectful of my home, completed the projects in a timely manner, even cleaned up the space before they left. Great company to work with and I would definitely use them again!

  Everyone we worked with at The Tailored Closet on our multiple projects was amazing! From Lisa helping us plan the best layouts for our rooms and closets, to Austin, Jeremiah and Greg who professionally installed 5 projects for us in one day (and even vacuumed before they left)! to Leah who kept our billing on track - all we can say is WOW! We are so impressed with everyone we worked with and cannot wait to have more of our closets and spaces designed and installed by The Tailored Closet! Thank you!
