  Would highly not recommend the them! They do not communicate at all, nor how to conduct business.They told me it takes 6 weeks to get a permit, called city and permit was issues in a day! People were to come over and never showed up. They call and never left messages, so I had to call back.Talk to Ryan about what was going on, and he was just as bad. Told me I didn't have to post my permit, but called and city said yes. Talk to Jeremy about all of this, and basically said poor communication. Duh I already know that. Trying to smooth it out, not biting. Told how I felt and kept talking and told him to leave, he wouldnt. I told him again and he thought I said him and other worker, to leave. I told him to leave not worker. They have a Big Communication problem! And other problems.So save your self a headache look for a different company, no matter how smooth they talk to you! I had to give a star in order to post, otherwise zero stars They lied they left the job unfinished, I didn't run into the side of garage. I didn't threaten no one. Told to get off property or call police. They left q mess also and used my equipment without asking. Very sad business, called and hung up on me!

  I was very pleased with the job. The roofer did. Everybody knew what they had to do. They came at 8 o’clock. They were done by three including cleanup. They did my house roof and my garage roof. I thought they did an excellent job and were efficient. I would definitely recommend this company

  We had them fix a leaky roof abutting a chimney. Had a few companies come give estimates and they were the most reasonable, and also quoted doing things other companies were just going to try and not have to do. Jermaine was very personable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the work. Would definitely hire them again

  I'm extremely impressed with the Exteriors company and their work. We had a strange door/lock issue, called MANY companies and the Exteriors Company was the only company willing to come and look at our door. They called me right back when I left a message, were on time for the appointment and did a wonderful job in fixing the problem. Tony and Andrew are the best! In addition to fixing the problem, they were extremely kind people, too. We need more of this in our world now. We are extremely grateful to have a working door again. Thank you! We will be using your company again and tell all of our friends about your services.

  The Exteriors Company deserves 6 out of 5 ⭐ I cannot give them enough praise. I'll summarize here in case you don't want to read a lengthy review. The highlights were communication, quality of work, price, and customer service. I cannot wait to work with The Exteriors Company again. The Exteriors Company could teach a master class on contractor/customer interactions. If you need exterior work done, call The Exteriors Company! FOR REAL. LENGTHY REVIEW STARTS HERE: It took over a year and a half and meeting with 15 roofing companies to finally find the right company for my job: The Exteriors Company. My house has a modern/Frank Lloyd Wright kinda vibe - lots of different roof sections and pitches. A majority of the first 15 contractors that bid on my roof repair wanted to sell me a new roof. The problem with my roof was a design flaw and a new roof would have eventually led to more water in my house. This was confirmed by an architect. If you look at the before and after photo, you can see how ridiculous the design was. We had water coming into our house anytime it rained and when the snow melted. It was awful. We were lucky enough to have Ryan (the owner of The Exteriors Company) come look at our roof. The first thing he said after climbing on to the roof was, "You need to redo this whole area," confirming what we already knew. That was the first clue that we found a good roofing contractor. After talking in person and over email with Ryan and getting the contract for the project, we knew we found the right company. Ryan was so communicative. He reached out regularly through the repair process. We had four different teams (framing, roofing, siding and gutters) work on our repair. We were notified in advance when to expect each team. Then each team project manager reached out via text a day or two before and the day of their work. Each team was on time and did beautiful work. They were also tidy and I felt like they respected our home and property. Shout out to Taylor Paar and Scott Mack (roofing project manager and siding manager). Both these fellows came to meet with me and my husband to review the work that was done and to make sure everything was done to our liking. And to make sure we didn't have any concerns or questions. The entire experience from start to finish was incredible. The Exteriors Company very obviously cares deeply about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. If I could give more than five stars, I would gladly do that. I wish more contractors/vendors followed the playbook that The Exteriors Company has perfected. JOB 👏🏻 WELL 👏🏻 DONE 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
