Today the sewer backed up and they couldn't get anyone out here until tomorrow (and we had our kids and grandkids coming that afternoon) So much for emergency service...Called Mark's and they had it fixed and out of here before everyone got here. I'll be having them do the yearly cleaning from now on (and so will our neighbor)!

In contrast, when I called Mark's and spoke with Jeff, he was very polite and helpful. He patiently helped me understand what I likely have going on and walked me through a couple options to resolve the issue. As it stands, we are going to wait and see so I'm not sure if the issue is resolved or not, but Jeff's kind demeanor and technical knowledge is very appreciated. Based on Jeff's level of care and service, I will be using Mark's Reddi Rooter for any drain or plumbing related issues we may have in the future.
