  I wanted to get a quote for my bathroom, I made an appointment and had it all scheduled. I got a call the day before to confirm it. Everything went well then they called me right back and told me that because my husband who travels for work wouldn’t be able to be here they cannot do my appointment. I explained to them that he’s always gone for work, and I make the decision decisions. He trusts my judgement. They said they had to cancel my appointment and they would not come out but to feel free to call back if we could both be here at the same time. I would highly recommend using a different company. It just seems absolutely ridiculous to me. I will find a different company that is happy to take the time to talk to me.

  Mad City did an amazing job of communicating with me and explaining the process. It was simple and easy, 1 yr until first payment. Advance technology the use to make their materials so that it won’t mold or stain. Love the new shower. It was installed same day and couldn’t be happier.

  Find a more reliable company. I booked the appointment. Confirmed the night before the appt. I drove 4 HOURS TO MEET HIM. They called ONE HOUR before the appointment, sorry, we need to rebook!" No! No you don't! The 4 stained glass windows, I'll find from another company!

  We are extremely satisfied with the work completed by this general contractor. They demonstrated strong project management skills, clear communication, and excellent craftsmanship throughout the renovation. The crew was punctual, respectful, and committed to quality.   If you are lucky enough to get the salesperson Matt you will be in the best hands. He is a God fearing person. He's not going to sell you an overcharge you if he knows you can't afford it he'll say this will do the same work. He is exceptional. Actually to be quite honest, he's the best salesperson I've met in my whole life and I never give out compliments often and I never do reviews this is my second review ever. I hope you're able to get one of mad City windows and a bath. When Matt tells you that his boss is awesome and all his colleagues are wonderful too and they hang around like family, the company to go with. And look they've been around for years. I would highly highly recommend.
