  This company is a joke. 2 hour sales pitch that was an absolute waste of time. Price went from 40k to 26k during that sales pitch. Who does that. I feel sorry for the people that sign a contract with this company. That price is for 1 shower which is beyond insane.

  Eric S. did an absolutely fabulous job installing our new tub and shower. Very professional. Showed up on time and worked diligently around our three dogs and my grandson Myles. Very personable with great attention to detail. The whole project was done in half the time that we were quoted. I am in awe of the job that was done. Thank you Mad City and Eric for the very pleasant experience. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

  This company is absolutely horrible, having no interest in correcting or fixing their behavior with door to door salesman. We had a salesman come today, and after not answering the ringing doorbell, they pounded on the (glass) front door, waking our recently put to sleep newborn. When answering, we said we didn't want to buy anything, to which they said they weren't selling anything. You can look at any other 1-Star review and see the same continued tactic. They will lie about selling something, but of course they're selling a service and product. Then all those reviews will have "Management" or someone from the Organization respond saying they'll fix it so it doesn't happen again. Yet again, it does. I tried to call their office, to be removed from any further soliciting, to which I was told they would need HR to call me back. Of course I never received a call back. I'll continue to recommend anyone needing services to other Organizations because this group continues to lie to their customers. I cannot imagine how poor they treat those paying them for work. (I actually do not need to imagine. Someone else still doesn't have their work complete after a 9 month period, after paying $52k down. It's another 1-Star.) Quoting a recent claim, but any 1-Star review will have the same language. It's incredibly shady as a business to lie directly to the public about handling a situation. "Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our door-to-door approach has caused you. Your experience is important to us, and we take your concerns seriously. We understand the importance of respecting personal boundaries and no soliciting signs, and we will address this issue with our team to ensure it does not happen again.   Mad City techs came in and on one day replaced my old bath tub with a walk-in shower and it looks fantastic! Scott and Rob came in around 9am and were done by 4:30pm. You couldn't ask for a couple of better guys for the job. Very polite and professional, and I hope, Scott, your head and neck are feeling better. Tall guys got to watch those low ceilings on the stairways. It might have cost me a little more, but the one day install, the knowledge and professionalism of the installers and the warranty to me are worth it. I know because Mad City replaced the windows in my sunroom two years ago and I'm so happy with the results.

  The windows were done very nicely with minimal fuss in our victorian home in the front. The guy was promot and did a great job. My c/0 is that my less then stellar credit report meant that Mad Windows gave my acct over to a finance co without a word to me...no interest free for a yr or whatever and I have been paying off these windows at a very high interest rate seems like for yrs now. Don't use this company if your credit score isn't terrific. Trying to find out the pay off am't. We have been paying 96 dollars a month for it seems like at least 2-3 yrs..with 45 dollars going to interest. A.Gill Princeton, Wi
