  Get you in on extreme promos, then charge you full price plus some! Avoid entirely. If you set an appointment do not have anything planned, they need your full attention for a 60 slide PowerPoint, walk you through some car salesman 4 box value prop and more! Reminds me of the closing table in RV sales, drag it out, get you tired mentally, force you to say yes 50 times (yes set conditioning) then when you say no they call their boss, call the marketing team, and guess what, every time there is a “this just came in” offer. Slimey sales tactics all around. Will NOT leave your house until you buy something, say no 3 times……. They just continue to sit in your house. Pushy. Cancelling? Don’t even try. If the 3 hours the sales rep forced themselves in your home, after being told no 7 times (it’s all recorded) isn’t bad enough…. The only way to cancel apparently is the big boss man being allowed into your home (weird) to approve the cancel? What!?!? You will be assured 72 hours no questions cancel. Seriously run. I will update here on my BBB complaint on business ethics, integrity and what is now theft via non return of funds.

  You thought car salesman were bad this company is worse. Had work done in the past by them and they did a good job. Tonight they called me 4 times harassing me trying to drum up more work! I called back on my cellphone and finally said if they did not quit calling I was calling the police. Pretty bad a company is scaring away customers by harassing them. Four calls in one night even after I told them to quit calling me! Poor business management practices! I must be the only customer for them to waste that much time on me!

  We had all of our upstairs windows replaced and had a great overall experience with the window install from start to finish. Staff were knowledgeable, adaptable, and thorough. The install was quick and everything was cleaned up well. Super happy with the windows (especially the large bay window) and the overall experience!

  This company may have a good product but the 2 hour sales pitch is 90 minutes too long. The pressure to sign a contract on the day you first meet is ridiculous and their prices are at least twice as much as other reputable windows. They pretend like they need approval to lower the bid by calling the "office" and tell you lies such as "we eat the cost of any repairs we need to do to the window opening". We all know they have that cost added to each window.

  Eric S and Joe B did a wonderful amazing job taking out old shower and putting new shower in. Very respectful and courteous. Made sure everything was cleaned up and spotless before they left and had me look over everything to make sure I was happy with it. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
