Contacted sales and we ask worked together to arrive at the best decision. Installation team was available same day to complete removing the old and installing the new with necessary ductwork, hoses, smart thermostat. I’m very pleased I called Harker!

- AGAnders GurdaFeb 10, 20263.0Recently had a hot water heater installed by these guys. Communication was great, and the quality of the actual workmanship seems solid. However, the care taken for our house wasn’t awesome. In draining the old tank, they plastered appliances and boxes in our basement with the scale-filled water and didn’t bother to clean it up. Just a little bit of care to MOVE things out of the way and clean up after would have been easy and appreciated. And their quote was far from the cheapest so I expected better. When I reached out what I heard was a genuine but insufficient ‘oh, sorry’. Not looking for handouts here, but if you miss the mark on something, there are plenty of ways to make it right, none of which they offered. Will probably look elsewhere for my next hvac need.
