Despite my reminder to the front office when I booked the appointment, they quoted me, and told Tyler, that it was a furnace servicing. We don't have a furnace, we have a HE boiler, so that's twice the cost they quoted me. If I had known the actual cost, I would have shopped around a bit.

It started with sale rep Arron Wood who advised us on options in selecting new units to fit our home at a very fair price. He got us scheduled and had three excellent techs to install them. They worked from eight to four pm to get everything working. Plus they were very personable. Our furnace room was cleaned and trash removed plus the outside of our home was spotless. We couldn’t be more pleased. One thing that really caught my eye was the retention rate for their employees that says so much about a company and its culture. The BBB A+ rating confirms my experience.
