Unfortunately, the next morning there was no hot water. He gave us the first appointment the next day and solved the problem. It was a jury rigged setup to provide softened hot water to the garage for washing cars.The cold was incorrectly feeding back into the water heater. We have that turned off and everything works. Thank you Ethan and helper for friendly professional service and going the extra mile to solve our problem!
- KGK GNov 12, 20255.0we weren’t getting any heat and everything we tried or looked at didn’t help so we scheduled to have someone come look at our furnace. our tech was Matt Sc, he arrived on time (early actually!) and was helpful. it turned out to be a problem with our thermostat rather than our furnace, but he was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and fix it. he was even patient with my dog who wouldn’t stop barking at him!
