  I had Dave Jones out to replace the gate valves on my water main shutoff with ball valves, and to plumb in some new PEX for a washing machine and utility sink. The water main replacement was good, but I was irritated that for the utility sink and washing machine they installed new gate valves (which I'm trying to remove from my system). They also routed the hot water through the blue pex and cold water through the red pex. It's not the end of the world but it is sloppy and is going to confuse anyone besides me that is looking at it. Price was reasonable. Work looks professional but has those issues I mentioned. I'll probably try a different plumber next time because of this.

  When our old, end-of-life disposal started leaking, we hoped to see a plumber visit rather urgently. Dave Jones Plumbing was able to fit us into the schedule that day. The technician who arrived was prompt, polite, friendly, highly skilled and ready to work creatively to get the work done fast - even asking colleagues to bring a replacement unit to our house to save a trip. We ended up with a new unit with a fully warranty and warranty on the work, installed much more quickly than we imagined.

  Mike came to the house early, which I like. We looked at the situation in the bathroom sinks. He determined what the issue was. Told me there wasn’t much he could do from a plumbing aspect. Shared with me what I should do. Told me no charge for his time and thank me for calling them. Very professional and honest. I’d recommend Mike for any repair job in the future. Thank you.

  Emergency situation. Was able to get a live person on the phone to help dispatch a plumber. They were thorough and communicated quickly and efficiently. Robert, the plumber called ahead and asked questions to be prepared when he arrived. Install was done quickly and provided peace of mind. Had to call back because it was really loud upstairs. Called back and got a new plumber to come out and fix the issue. Great customer service.

  Our 14 year old water conditioning system had been running and wasting water. Two days after I called Dave Jones, (in Madison)and two wonderful employees came out to diagnose the problem. I had been doing my own research and had a lot of questions...which they patiently answered. We decided to have the seal kit replaced (piston, too.) Although, we were made aware that a full replacement of the entire water conditioning softener system might be a better option, as our current model only lasts 15 years. We decided to go with the seals being replaced. This cost over $500.00. After doing research, I believe the parts and/or kits are extremely overpriced. However, this charge did include time and labor. Matt and Cory were professional and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend Dave Jones-Plumbing. And, Give Cory and Matt a raise. :)
